Hi, sorry but search tool is not working, so I am asking here. I got text about PIP award on 20th of June, got my money, but still no letter. Really don't fancy ringing them, just wondering, were you waititng long time for PIP letter, too?I am just hoping it will still come, without me havning to ring them, which obviously I don't want to do:-)

@Superbetty Sorry about the search function, it has been reported and hopefully it will be fixed soon. We have had quite a few members say they have been waiting longer than told for their PIP letter. Hopefully it will come through for you soon

I don’t like you can’t see the date of posts on here so someone could be talking about things that happened months ago it’s very frustrating. I wonder if it can changed?0

I think it depends what device or browser you’re using. I can see dates on my desktop and iPhone. Some people using Some people using other devices can’t see dates.Sarahbx80 said:I don’t like you can’t see the date of posts on here so someone could be talking about things that happened months ago it’s very frustrating.
