Esa and loan repaid to me

I am recently disabled and get contribution esa. Last year I made an interest free loan to a friend who was under pressure whilst her parents were both terminally ill. She is now in a position to repay me but can only afford a small monthly amount. Will this count against my ESA? So far my dealings with them have not been very pleasant. If I do not need to report it I really don't want to.
I get no other benefits except PIP.

Contribution ESA (presumably it is new style ESA) is not means tested so your capital makes no difference.0
