PIP MR

Hi i phoned PIP today re my MR. They have sent me the MR notice. I did not recived a phone call. Does that mean the decidion is still the same?

Not everyone will receive a phone when waiting for the MR decision.

I phoned them again and they saod the decision is still the same which is very annoying. I have contacted CA and they will support me with the appeal0

That's not unsual because the majority of MR decisions don't change.

Its just very horrible feeling and degrading. I am ok sick leave at the momment and my manager is threatening ne of dismissal and i will have to resign by end of august and will only have 107 pounds a month to live off compared to 2200 pounds. They are just longing it out. DWP stands for Doesnt Work Properly1

Paper based decisions have a much lower success rate at between 5 - 8% and for this reason I would t advise you to request this.

I sent it on the 5 th of June it was logged on the 8th of June and decided letter was sent out on 5th July so about 4 weeks1

@nasturtium may I ask you a question please it may sound annoying I kept a copy of my MR Notice that I wrote before sending it to DWP, is been now more then 2 weeks now that I'm waiting, so last night i was checking the letter to see If I included something which i though i may not , and just realised and notice that I had some writing mistakes in the end of my letter . So I'm worrying a litlle bit if this cause any problems ???0

@poppy123456 i mean with the words like for example I wanted to say carrying out and I wrote caring out instead something like that in the end of my letter I messed up litlle bit as I was very anxious and I was not felling well the whole time while I was writing.0

Spelling mistakes and punctuation, I wouldn’t worry too much.1
