Before you can request the Tribunal you need to first go through the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) process. Have you actually done that yet?

I did still not awarded have full diagnosis now0

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. You didn't answer my question. Have you been through the Mandatory Reconsideration process? You can proceed to Tribunal without doing this first.

dear Poppy
yes I have been through that already, not awarded, I am fully aware that isn’t about the condition is about how is affecting my life, I don’t know what else to write0 -
I can't tell you what you should write because i don't know how your conditions affect you. The only person that knows that is yourself. For now you just need to request the Tribunal and give a brief reason why you disagree with the decision. You can do everything else at a later date. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appealYou can also get some expert advice from an agency near you. Welcome to the community!
As Poppy has said, you can reach out for help through Advice Local, and Citizen's Advice also have an advice page on challenging a pip decision - the tribunal process, that you may find helpful to read.0
