Hello everyone, Can someone please help me. My Dad get high rate mobility for disability living allowance. And he has purchased a new car so he needs a new Certificated of Entitlement so that he can tax his new car. I tried to phone the disability living allowance phone number many times and l could not get through. So l decided to write them a letter asking them to send a new certificated for my dad. Does anybody know is there is a online web chat so that l can talk to them.

There's no online web chat that you can use. They may not respond to the letter you sent them either as very often they don't. The best time to ring them is as soon as they open so try ringing then.
