Hi guys,
please help me.
please help me.
I recieved a backdated payment of 10k and I was wondering if I save it will it affect whether I receive my ESA contribution based ( I no longer have the 365 day time limit because I’m in the support group)
I also wanted to save my PIP so save 10k of backdated payment and save my PIP payments is it possible?
I also wanted to save my PIP so save 10k of backdated payment and save my PIP payments is it possible?
And do UK banks tax our savings?

Savings have no impact on new style ESA (it is what I assume you refer to). It is not means tested.
PIP is not means tested either.1 -

You can do what you want with your money, which includes saving it. As advised your ESA isn't means tested so savings/capital do not affect the amount you're entitled to.
