Once savings come to exceed £16'000 is it the case that the person's entitlement to free prescriptions ends, please advise.

Hello @matthewkevin84. I can't find any specific reference to savings in the guidance over free prescriptions. But if your eligiblity for free prescriptions is because you are in receipt of an income-related benefit and that stops because you're over the threshold, you'd lose access to free prescriptions.

If this is related to you then a previous thread suggests you’re claiming Universal Credit. Unless those savings are related to money owed from a benefits claim then your savings me there’s no entitlement to UC and you will need to report the changes on your journal.0
