Once savings come to exceed £16'000 is it the case that the person's entitlement to free prescriptions ends, please advise.

Hello @matthewkevin84. I can't find any specific reference to savings in the guidance over free prescriptions. But if your eligiblity for free prescriptions is because you are in receipt of an income-related benefit and that stops because you're over the threshold, you'd lose access to free prescriptions.
You can read about the eligibility on the NHS page: Who can get free prescriptions and they also have a handy link to check your own circumstances.Community Manager

Prepayment can work out cheaper if you have to pay

Seasons greetings to one and all 🎄🎅🏻🌲 -
If this is related to you then a previous thread suggests you’re claiming Universal Credit. Unless those savings are related to money owed from a benefits claim then your savings me there’s no entitlement to UC and you will need to report the changes on your journal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
