I've just joined as I've had a PIP review and they have reduced my points and I need help and advice about this.

The report is not the decision, it’s a recommendation only. Whilst they do usually go with it, it has been known for them to go against it.You can ring to ask for a decision maker to ring you before making a decision. There’s no guarantee that they will but it’s worth trying.0
