@Caval1er good evening and welcome to scope, you could seek a mandatory reconsideration (MR) might be worth seeking help from welfare rights or CAB.
Thank you. I will ha e to get some help as really struggling since. . I've had the PA4 form back and have been awarded no points for planning a journey and nutrion and engaging with others, previously I have had points for these activities l. The form actually contradicts itself as in, on the summary part of the form they make reference to me having meltdowns when I go out and that I only go out twice per week, but then they award me zero points for planning and following a journey. They say it causes me no overwhelming psychological distress but in comments section, they repeat what I have told them about breaking down in tears on side of road and having to call somebody for help or just going home if road closed and not getting to destination. I am struggling to cope since appointment, struggling to eat, go out or buy food. I am wondering if it's worth me calling dwp and asking to speak to a decision maker now, before they make a decision, so trying to get in early rather than waiting and then asking for a mandatory reconsideration. Does this ever happen? Thought it might be easier than trying to change their mind after decision made? I've got lots of supporting evidence referencing travel etc, but it all 4 years old now, will they still accept this evidence (I've already sent it ready for my review)? Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer me.

The report is not the decision, it’s a recommendation only. Whilst they do usually go with it, it has been known for them to go against it.

You can ring to ask for a decision maker to ring you before making a decision. There’s no guarantee that they will but it’s worth trying.

    Hello @Caval1er

    Welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear that the report didn't go in your favour. But as Poppy has said it could go against them. It's so unfortunate we can't give you an answer about it at the moment. If you do call them please keep us updated.

I hope the community can be a support for you. Please think about joining us in the Coffee Lounge if you want to keep your mind off things and get to know members of the community :)
