Even if you hadn't sent it, if the Tribunal had asked for medical evidence between specific dates you may not have had any option but to send it.One thing i do not advise you to do is contact fightback because they will charge you for the help they give, if you win the appeal. There are advice agencies out there that will help you for free. Please use the link i provided above.0
