    Hello @madmarcy

    Welcome to the community! :)

Have you reached out to your GP for support? They may be able to help guide you. I'd also encourage you to reach out to the National Autistic Society

@Hannah_Scope Every person on here never gives me advice or helps me with what I’m talking about. Everyone re directs me to a different site then once I get to that site the site doesn’t help me then redirects me again to a professional who wants to charge me. Anyways google is far ahead of this app. At least I can get one suggestion and for free right away no one trying to detract me from my questions. I typed in healthy stims on google and got over 10 but when I ask other autistic people here no one want to say anything or redirect me somewhere to take my money. This site seems like a ginormous scam.

I'm sorry you feel that way @madmarcy and I am sorry you didn't get anywhere with what was advised to you. I am not autistic but know that speaking to the GP could help and that the National Autistic Society have a lot of information, as well as their own online forum.

I'm sorry no one was able to answer you as quick as you'd have liked. Not everyone is on the forum at the same times of day and some log in once a week at most.

I don’t know what is a healthy stim but I suppose that means ones that don’t cause harm? I like hand flapping, also wriggling my fingers in front of my eyes. I like spinning round in circles and pacing and also using sensory toys. I have a pretend remote control that I can chew instead of biting myself or biting the real remote. I like clapping.

Also sorry I did not see your question before. Sometimes people just miss posts but they don’t do it on purpose.
