Pension Credit change of circumstances

Hello!! How do you report a change of circumstances about a partner passing away for pension credit, just phone up the pension credits help line, but they can't update it because there computers are down atm,, but they said I can update it online...Just can't find the online option to do so atm...Am I looking in the wrong places on the Gov.UK pension credit site..If anyone can send me the pension credit change of circumstances link or point me in the right direction to do it online. It would be much appreciated.

I've looked on the GOV website too and can only find contact numbers:Pension Service helplineIt may be worth giving them a ring back tomorrow and explaining the computers were down and they only have contact details on the GOV page. Hopefully the computers will be back up and running!
