PIP UPPER TRIBUNAL CASE

So my partner who recently appealed his pip decision, decided to go to upper tribunal as we believed they erred in law in making their decision of only awarding him low rate mobility. The upper tribunal did find errors in law and ordered a new tribunal with different people sitting it.
They have sent the respondents observations and asked my partner to make a reply in an "appellant's reply form 25".
Unsure what to put in this reply form if anyone can help?
Thank you.

Hello @Trixter_82_. I'm afraid this isn't my area of expertise but congratulations on a successful upper tier tribunal. Have you tried speaking to a specialist benefit advisor about how to proceed? On the Advicelocal website you can pop your postcode in and it'll should you advice agencies local to you such as Welfare Rights or Citizen's Advice.0

Hi Trix. Did the court also send you the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings?
These should identify the errors of law which arose at the FTT hearing. These could be errors made by DWP, errors made by the FTT panel or both.
