Hi @Ryan7
Good to meet you. I'm a big music fan myself. I've always wanted to play the guitar but my dexterity isn't great.0 -
Hi Richard I always grow up with music in the 80s. I love Metallica. I think when I finished the the song you feel good as you learn the song on your own0

hi everyone I was just wondering if any of you had Botox before as I’m going to try have have it in my legs hopefully in the next few months. Just wanted to see if it worked for any of you?? Really sorry to ask0
-
Hi @Ryan7 is to try and stop the spasms? I have botox in my head for migraines had two treatments so far that seem to be working and i definitely relaxes the muscles round my neck where they inject. I have been told I can have them for my spasms in my leg if the medicines im on doesnt work so Im interested in this too. From researching it though it seems quite promising.0
-
hi @SpookySez yeah it’s it’s like shooting pain going straight down my legs. I have been on medication the pass 2 years. It get my by the day put still in a lot of pain when I wake up. I’m trying to do yoga a bit to help put it been very frustrating. I know my friend unfortunately suffered a aneurysm. For 3 year she tried everything as she had a headache every day. She tried Botox January last year for her head and it worked. It’s crazy how Botox can actually benefit someone people.0
-
Im sorry about your friend @Ryan7 , fingers crossed you get the botox as I agree the pain is so intense when those spasms hit I agree that the botox is crazy that it can be used for so many things it didnt do anything for my forehead wrinkles though0
-
@SpookySez well they all say you look younger if you have Botox in the face 😂😂
For my friend she just had a baby 👶 girl 2 months ago called Poppy. I'm so blessed as I'm a uncle already to my Sister kid called Xander who is 7 in a few months time. my mate said I can have a niece now.
