Are telephone numbers enough as evidence?

When they ask for proof I only could submit my GP details and other organisations mentioning my conditions.
I had telephone asessment about 3 weeks ago, recieved text to say they received report week ago, and a letter saying same thing.
Is it true if they award people PIP they would have sent 2nd text few days after no decision one?

They very rarely contact anyone for any evidence. The onus is on the claimant to prove they qualify and not theirs.xcalibur said:
