PIP Review incoming

Hello,
I am so nervous about my PIP review because it is due now and they’re sending the forms. Can anyone give any advice on how to fill it in, including whether or not I can write out the form electronically rather than pen and paper, as my hand writing is awful.

You need to treat it as a new claim and include as much information as possible. Do not just put no change, even if your conditions haven’t changed. You should also include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. There’s no online forms you can use to fill it in. You can type your answers on sheets of A4 paper but make sure you state which question it relates to. On the form you can just write “see additional sheets of paper.” Make sure you include your name and NI number on everything you send. You will need access to a printer.
The review form is shorter than the PIP2 form so please be aware of that. There are long delays for lots of people with reviews so you could be waiting a considerable length of time for a decision. Your current award will continue until a decision is made on the review.0 -

I'm sure I did my form last time online. I'm convinced it was done online because I remember typing in my answers and I was very vague in my last award. But with the information provided on these forums I feel better equipped to explain my difficulties.
Is it okay to include a letter from a carer, potentially two people who help me with my difficulties? PIPPS suggest not doing this but benefitsandwork do! I'm wondering the stance from Scope forums about this.0 -
Online forms are offered to some people claiming for the first time. This started in Dec 2021. There’s no online forms for reviews. You can ask anyone that knows you well for a supporting letter. The most important thing is the real world examples I mentioned above.0

So can I ask. If I include new conditions on this new form. That means it will cross over with ESA/UC where I haven't told them yet about my new conditions. Will this also affect me?0 -
This review is for PIP, nothing to do with ESA or UC. Adding new conditions on the form, will not affect any of your other benefits.
