The first £379.00 of your take-home pay doesn't affect your Universal Credit monthly amount.

That's very clear. Take home pay after £379 does affect UC.
But, what about the housing element of UC and also the enhanced portion of UC, if you get those. Or is it treated simply as one big lump sum, your UC monthly amount and the £379 figure applies to the total?
How are they affected by earnings?
Many thanks
Lottie

Great question @Lottie1732, and one that causes lots of confusion.
UC treat your whole award as one big lump sum. So earnings over your work allowance will affect your total UC, not one specific element.
So for every £1 you earn over your work allowance, they will lower your total UC award amount by 55p.0 -
Thank you so much @Adrian_Scope This is SO reassuring.0
