Ive had my claim for nearly 3 years now and was maybe expecting to be contacted about a review at some point but I hear it’s been on hold because of backlogs etc, does anybody have any idea what the situation is and how long I may be waiting for one?

They have started back for some people. As you weren’t contacted by 15th July then it’s unlikely you will be contacted before the end of the year. They will start back for everyone claiming UC by the end of the year. Whether you will be contacted at the time is anyone’s guess.LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.0

And when they contact me how will it be done, will it be on my journal?poppy123456 said:They have started back for some people. It will be the same as the last time. You will have a letter on your journal telling you they are referring you. A few days later you will receive the UC50 form in the post.0

Also when my review does eventually happen what is the process of that as I’ve never had one before, like how long does it typically take to be reviewed and a decision be made? And do I still receive the paymentspoppy123456 said:It will be the same as the last time. You will have a letter on your journal telling you they are referring you. As I advised it’s the same process as the first time. Your LCWRA will continue until a new decision is made on your review.0
