Tribunal Win!

As you will see from this thread @WhatThe - the OP was wondering why the date of their award was from 2021 rather than 2022 https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/719173#Comment_719173 so I don't know how you're so sure you were right & poppy rather correctly advised.Your comments about a ROP & SOR remain irrelevant. Typos also occur rather more frequently than faxes disappearing into the ether.

I acknowledged nasturtian's comment with a like.
I won't get personal in my comments to anyone here who disagrees with me thank you

A Decision Notice will be sent to confirm the relevant dates and decisions but HMCTS is not renowned for making typo's.
They have been known to make typos in decision letters. I've seen it happen many times here.

I'll link to this post https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/108238/pip-tribunal/p1 as that has been linked to this. Again it shows that errors/typos can be made which have been seen before on this forum, as mentioned, @WhatThe if you care to take a read of this page, thank you.

I received the phone call today asking about hospital and prison etc does that mean my backpay will be paid within 3-5 days? She didn’t mention when I would get money and my mum didn’t ask
thanks0 -
It depends when payment is sent. They don’t always send it as soon as you answer those questions.0
-
Ok thank you0
-
It’s been 5 working days since phone call no money I wish I knew when they will send the payment0
-
It has been known for claimants to wait a few weeks after answering those questions.

I wish I was more patient lol0

I received a letter today saying I’m not getting the £150 Cost of living payment is that right? I thought with my award being backdated it would include that.0

I thought with my award being backdated it would include that.Didn't you have a Tribunal decision in your favour recently? If so and the date of that award started on or before 1st April 2023 then you'll be entitled to it.If you didn't have a PIP or ADP (i note you live in Scotland) award before the Tribunal decision then this will be why you received the letter saying you're not entitled to it. You need to wait for your award to be put into payment before they will pay you the £150. Once it's in payment they will automatically pay the £150.0

Ah I see thank you Poppy0
