Hi, I’m new to the forum, applied for pip , received letter saying they have all the information they need , then a text to say they have not yet made a decision, is this positive or not ?

These are just standard letters & texts. I imagine they're supposed to be informative, but seem to instead cause unwarranted anxiety. Nothing can be known until you get your actual decision letter which can take anything up to 12 weeks ( as nothing can be inferred from these texts & letters either way).
