I won my tribunal and a bit of the letter says “As the tribunal’s decision is advantageous to Miss P it dates from 04/09/2021” does that mean the money will be backdated to that date or to last august when they took it off me?

Usually from when your PIP stopped, if it was a review started by DWP. If you reported changes then from the date you reported those changes.0

Once your award is put into payment DWP will send you the decision letter.
Whether you’re automatically entitled to blue badge will depend what you were awarded for the mobility part and where you scored those points.0 -
I’m confused why the Tribunal have said it’s from 2021 and not from when your PIP ended.0

I would advise you to contact HMCTS and ask them. If there’s an error then DWP won’t put your award into payment until it’s corrected.0

For the blue badge you will need to wait until the award has been put into payment because you will need the decision letter from DWP as proof you automatically qualify.1

It can take anything up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win. Once the award is put into payment they will send the decision letter. However, if there's an error in the date of the decision letter from HMCTS then DWP will not put your award into payment until that error is corrected.
