LCWRA is part of UC and a completely separate benefit to PIP. LCWRA element will increase your maximum UC entitlement by £390.06/month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. If you disagree with your PIP decision and it was less than 13 months ago you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) If you're outside of the 1 month timeframe then you'll need to tell them why you didn't request it with that month. If they refuse you just proceed to Tribunal.0

Ok thank you my LCWRA didn’t happens because of they thought dyspraxia won’t stop me from working I’ve only been awarded LCWRA yesterday so when do you think I’ll start receiving the extra amount
also with the LCWRA do I get the extra 390 on top of the 292 that I was receiving0 -
The LCWRA element is extra on top of what you already receive. When it's paid from exactly will depend on the answer to these 2 questions. What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note? What date do you usually receive your money each month?0

I had it denied and taken to MR and the courts was going to court hearing and i Receive my payment on the 15th if every month0

You haven't answered this question.poppy123456 said:What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note?
Without knowing this i can't tell you when it's paid from. You can look back through your journal if you're not sure of the date.0 -
I reported my heath condition 4 weeks ago0

I reported my heath condition when I ruptured my ligaments in my knee last year and had a operation to fix it
Had my health assessment and they said my dyspraxia don’t stop me working and last month I got signed off due to my knee again and asked them to re look at my reconsideration and Yesterday I got my 5k back dated and was awarded the LCWRA0 -

So they've already paid what they owe you. The extra money for the LCWRA element will be included on your next statement. If you had made it clear that you had already recieved the money they owe you then i could have just given this advice earlier.

Yeah I’m getting it sent to me Wednesday
what’s the wait time on the £390 extra to be added on to my monthly UC payment is it months or will it be added on to my august payment0 -
It should be included in your next statement and each month after that going forward. You will need to check it when you receive it.0
