I need help I have a 11 ur old with adhd he has dla and  an ehcp when he has meltdowns I'm at lost ends have no one to turn too . It's affecting work my hours have dropped my health is affected. Can't pay bills . If I was to stop work to take care of him. What suport  would I be entitled to.

I am sorry to hear you are going through such a rough time. One of the Benefit Calculators on the GOV website will be able to help you work out what you are entitled to.

I would also encourage you to reach out to your sons school to see if there is anymore help they can provide.

It sounds really stressful! Do you get much support from friends and family?

If you haven't already, I would suggest looking into respite care. 

Finding respite care (short breaks) when you look after a disabled child (Scope)

Caring for a disabled child can be so hard, you need time to look after yourself as well. I'm sorry to hear it is affecting your own health.
