Hi I've had a health assessment and passed it 3 weeks now I've been told lcwra I'm on now I'm not getting no back pay i put my 1st sicknotes on the 6th of march there saying I don't get the extra money for 3 months with no back pay

    The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. You must have reported your fit note within 7 days of that and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision is made on your WCA. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.

    Based on the limited information you gave your first payment will be either July or August. The exact date will depend on what date you usually receive your money each month.
