I have been on pip now for 3 years and when i was assessed the lady who did it told me i want able to claim mobility she made the decision and said no you dont have mobility problems I didint even get to say anything about this she made that decision for me. I have severe spinal degenerative bones and spongilitiasis, arthritis in both hips hands and feet and I use a walking stick or wheelchair when out all these were sent in the application is there anything I can do. My husband cares for me daily

At the time when you were awarded if you disagreed with the decision you could have challenged that by first requesting the MR. As it's now been 3 years then you will be out of time for that. The only other thing you can do is to report a change of circumstances. However, before doing this you should get some expert advice to check if it's possible to score enough points for a mobility award. When reporting changes you will be sent more forms to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most people have them. Once a decision is made your award could either stay the same, be increased, decreased or stopped completely. For expert advice start here. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
