Please can someone help
I have been putting sick notes in since September last year 2022 and I was given capability to work where you don't get anything extra I sent my forms on in May this year and got my decision to say I will lwrca my question is will I get back dated? If so when will it be from? And will I get my first payment on My statement this month?
It's just me and my kids I've decided to work 8 hours a week I just work sat a desk because my mental health was getting really bad to the point where I didn't leave the house it doesn't contradict my health condition so that's okay am I right?
Thanks

You said you were previously found to have LCW.Was this a change of health condition? If so was this reported in September last year? Or after that?Sorry for the questions but it’s not clear what you mean.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

My health condition never changed tbh I don't no why I never even new about the lcw they told me this year and then told me to fill the forms in does that make sense they just sent forms months and months after but I've given sick notes and been under christies since September so I don't no why they give me the forms so long after.
Thanks -
When was the decision made on your first work capability assessment? You would have received a letter about that on your journal. It's difficult to advise without all the information.
