When will I get payed the LCWRA and will it get backdated to may or will it start in 3 months time ? Thanks

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time. The extra money is then paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. It's not paid at all during that time.Without knowing the exact date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month, it's not possible to tell you exactly when it's paid from. With the limited information you gave your first payment will be either Sept or Oct.0

Thanks. This means your waiting period is May to August. LCWRA element starts from 21st August to 20th September and first payment will be 27th September. No LCWRA element is owed.If you or a partner were receiving any earnings since you reported your health condition and you didn't previously have the work allowance then they will owe you some money for this.0
