Hi I got doctor for my disability review next month I went doctor blood test I ask where is my forum since was send out last week or this week . I haven’t got in post and worried someone might get my date of birth name and address can they use it to get my benefits and my bank I’m bit worried about it since I think got lost in post or send to someone by mistake I contact Royal Mail on twiiter so

Hi,
No-one can access your bank account with just your name and address.
It is possible that they could try applying for benefits with those details, but the system would quickly realise that you're already getting benefits and cause the DWP to investigate their claim.
Royal Mail won't know what's happened to your letter.
If you really believe it's lost, it would best to ask them to send you another one - and ask them to double check the address before sending. -
Hi @zane, as @OverlyAnxious has said your bank account will be fine. There are more protections than simply knowing that information.
If it has been lost then it is likely the Royal Mail will not be able to locate it and it's best you request a second letter.
