But that's what happened to my claim and it was wrong
So there was no disability element included in my HB claim from that point I presume..
Certainly, payments were incorrect from day 1 and over the years, 3 different rent reference numbers were used for HB payments at this address. The council refused to put anything right saying the notifications had come from DWP.

I found review letter from last year dated mid February, assuming its every 12 months for the review, I am expecting it around the same date this year, so might be another month before it happens.

Hi guys.I have news finally. My HB has increased significantly, it doesnt cover my new rent fully, but is now a much smaller shortfall and above LHA rates. The increase has not been backdated to the date I informed them of the increase, applies starting from next/this (feb) month's payment which will have a slight back date to cover half of January the decision date of the officer.Thank you to everyone who offered me advice.1

I cant edit, its actually all of my rent, because they split in to 13 payments instead of 12 per year it shows a lower number but is all of it.
