Hi I have fibromyalgia and it’s getting worse, when I see my doctor they say they can’t offer anything new medication wise as I’m on the highest doses. When I told DWP that my condition had worsened they arranged for someone to complete the form for me. They then told me I couldn’t have any PIP as I scored 0 as at the time I was working?? I then challenged it and again they said no. I haven’t had the mental strength to challenge it again and could really do with some advice?

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. What matters is how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. It's not unusual for any Mandatory Reconsideration decision to stay the same. My advice is to continue to Tribunal where the chance of success increases to about 70% providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.I do not advice you to start a new claim again because doing so using the same evidence you previous used is likely going to see another refusal.0

Hello @Blueboy76
Welcome to the community! I am so sorry you are going through so much with your fibromyalgia. Have you thought about asking for a second opinion?
I see Poppy has advised about Tribunal. Citizen's Advice have an advice page on the process that I'd encourage you to read
