If your health condition limits your capability to work then you can report a change of circumstances and then click "health condition" report it through that but you'll need to provide a fit note (formally sick note) within 7 days of that. You must continue to send in fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on your work capability assessment. If found to have LCWRA then you'll be entitled to extra money from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. (providing you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim)
