Hi my name is Karen, new to this forum so trying to navigate the site. A bit about me, currently single at 63, massive hit on my mental wellbeing, have fibromyalgia, Fibrosis of the spine, recently diagnosed with FND and anxiety. Never done anything like this before but would like to engage with people who can understand and support x
