Hi all
The house ive inherited from my father has a coal fire , and an emersion heater only,Β  does anyone know if I'd be able to have the heat pumps fitted ? Any advice appreciated πŸ™ πŸ‘ πŸ’― πŸ‘Œ πŸ™‚Β

    Hi @Trayr111! I am just moving this to the Housing category where it'll have better visibility with those that have such knowledge!

    Citizen's Advice have a support page on upgrading your home to be more energy efficient. There are grants that cover homes that don't use gas (such as yours!) if you are under a certain income. I believe from a previous post you mention you are on income-ESA and PIP. So this should apply to you! See the link below and of course follow up if you need any more help, support or clarification!

    A heat pump should be possible but they aren't cheap, although a search might unearth some possible grants ECO4 being one that springs to mind.
