I started to panic ive thought ive had no letters or nothing he said nothing to worry about its about your esa .He asked me a few questions on the phone for less than 10 mins and said ok thats seems to be all ok just reviewing your esa everything is fine your benefits will still be the same we will speak to you in a few years time and said goodbye. I was in panic mode i thought they would send a letter out first caught me off guard any one else had this. After i had calmed down i thought at least thats done now very scary out of the blue.

If they ring just to ask a few questions they don’t usually send out appointment letters.

Did you receive an ESA50 form at any point recently?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

You could always call them up to make sure everything is correct. I am not sure if it's something they will consider, but perhaps request a warning text in future? You would think if they can text about assessments they can also text about reviews/checkups.
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
