RIP off energy companies

Hi I'd like help with this solar panal community energy scheme. I pay my normal provider octopus silly money for electric and gas. Then these jokers from the solar panel scheme have hit me with a £1500 bill from the day they put the solar panels in but my tenancy only started 8 months ago . Is there any help I can get to help sort this insanity out please.

Failing @Hannah_Scope suggestion, contact CAB, providing you meet the criteria (vulnerable customer, health issues etc), The Extra Help Unit can talk to the energy company to help resolve the issue.
