Capita telephone assessment

Hi all, how long after a telephone assessment do capita generally send the report to DWP? I had mine on Tuesday morning this week (22/08) and as yet haven't received confirmation of the report being sent to DWP.

Sometimes within 24 hours and other times as long as a few weeks, possibly longer. It could been in audit. If this happens they are chosen at random and nothing for you to worry about. They are checking the assessor did their job correctly.

It's also possible it's been returned and they haven't sent a text message because they don't always do this.

You can contact Capita to ask if it's in audit, if it is they will tell you.

I contacted capita and tbh I'm still none the wiser, the gentleman I spoke to told me that there are several stages an assessment report goes through before being sent off and mine still hasn't been updated!?!? So I will try do something to take my mind off pip.
