I have two grown up children with autism, one also has epilepsy. I am looking for support with helping them in work and pip payments. My youngest child has had DLA and PIp, but on his last assessment in June, they have decided he is no longer eligible. Is there a time limit on re-applying for pip or should I start a new claim? Thank you in advance for any help.

How old is your son and does he claim Universal Credit?

My son is 30 and he doesn’t claim anything

For your youngest then as the decision has only recently been made i'd advise you to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) rather than reapply. Reapplying using the same evidence you previously used is likley going to see another refusal.
