vibration mat

Hi, I've been advised by my physio to try a vibration mat to help relax my arm and shoulder. My CP only affects my right arm so I'm looking for a small mat that I can use on my arm and shoulder. I'd prefer if it was rechargeable or could be plugged in. Does anyone else use a vibration mat? If so which and is it helpful? Can anyone recommend a brand or suggest where I might find one? Thank you for your help. Judith

Hi @JudithL
You have two options. A whole body vibration (massage) mat or a vibration gun. I have not used either so I can't make recommendations from personal experience but here are the top vibration (massage) mats in the UK0 -
Richard_Scope, thank you. I'll look into it and speak to my physio.0
