Hi all, just if anyone has had to amend there pip, I got full care element and medium mobility and my mobility had changed and now can’t do most things myself now, they had all surgeons and doctors letters, had the assessment 3 weeks ago the lady was so lovely but had a message Tuesday to say a decision has been made and i while get a letter within 2 weeks, normally the messages say you have been awarded but is it maybe as it’s been amended, it’s awful with the post being the way it is too just not sure why it just says that, if anyone can advise any please

There’s no such thing as medium mobility. There’s only standard or Enhanced. For reviews or change of circumstances they do not send decisions by text. This is only for new claims. You can ring PIP and ask them what the decision is and they should be able to tell you.0

Sorry standard the lower one for mobility and no it says await letter just didn’t realise they didn’t send decisions like when you get it, thanks for your response it’s appreciated0

Yes the letter usually says not to ring them but that doesn’t mean you can’t. They don’t send award texts for reviews. They often send a text to tell you that your review has been completed.
