Ulez and carers

Hi hopefully someone can help
I have a carer who’s car doesn't meet with the ulez conditions her car is not registered as my nominated driver and I’m in receipt of mobility benefit PIP can she claim an exemption from the ULEZ charge as she gets carers allowance for me I saw something on TV to that effect but can’t find and info online thank you

Hey there @Caleycaley and a slightly late welcome to the community!  

I'm afraid I don't have the answers you need, despite having a quick search.  The only information I've managed to find is relating to vehicles with the disabled passenger vehicle tax class.
