I have change my circumstances about how I would like to be communicated with UC due my hearing problems. Then out of blue recived again UC 50 form to fill out. I said I did that before and have email confirmation tha5 they had it.
so I filled up again but this time included hearing problem in 2 ears not both.
is that mean I not gonna have backpay?

They awarded me only 1 week after face to face assessments?

Hi @octopuscat, this must be a pretty frustrating situation, not knowing what's going on and all that waiting. Hopefully we can find out the issue and get you an answer
I just moved this into the UC benefits section. Hopefully it will be more visible to those with good knowledge of LWCRAThey/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

More information is needed before i can advise you. What date exactly did you first report your health condition/provide your first fit note? Were there any gaps in your fit notes? What date do you usually receive your money each month. Was this your first work capability assessment?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

First Uc 50 form send back 7 July 2022( got confirmation]period up to 7 th each mont and paid 14 th
my 1 assesment 20 august2023
Then when I asked why I do not have assesment after 1 year my coach said will chase them but they send me another form.
they migh lost 1 one?
or he notice them that instead of losing hearing in 1ear I got loss in both? -
I need to know the exact date you provided your first fit note.Without knowing that information your first LCWRA payment will be either Sept or Oct 2022.The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and it’s then paid from the 4th month after you sent your first fit note. It’s not paid at all during this time.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks. If that was also the date you reported your health condition then your waiting period will be as follows.
June/July, July/August, August/Sept… LCWRA starts from assessment period 8th Sept to 7th Oct and first payment will be 14th October 2022.
Money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly payment and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thank you so much
