I have been using oticon engage hearing aids for about 8 years now much to my dismay can't use oticon original app because I've been told to use the oticon compainion app but it won't blootooth pairing both my hearing aids at once and I don't go back till the 18th of Sept.
For them to be sorted out they R not providing a very good service not being able to wear both when only 1 hearing aid will connect up to the app.
What can I do this is really frustrating to say the least.

I'm afraid I don't know too much about the Oticon hearing aids. I do see they have information pages on their website and a support section. You may find an answer there
