Height adjustable desks

Hi there :-) have had some changes in my work place which meant the removal of height adjustable desks, and would love to hear opinions about these.
How do you feel about public spaces having height adjustable tables? (ie. somewhere you go with a laptop like a co-working space or library), what difference does it make for you?

I do not usually have an issue long-term but I hurt my back the other week in a way that makes standing far more comfortable than sitting and I wish I had a desk I could switch to be a standing one.

However, now that I've written that I realise standing desks are not equivalent to height adjustable desks.

Usually it is easier to have a chair that adjusts it's height but I think, much like with toilet access, there should be a minimum number of height adjustable tables to accommodate those that need them. If possible have them all able to accommodate but there should be a set minimum at least.
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Thanks for your insight, the height adjustable chair is not something I had even thought of, but you would have thought accomodating some tables and resources is the right thing to do

@SG2023 while height adjustable chairs are easier I think you also have to consider people who may struggle to transfer to chairs such as certain wheelchair users. Which is why, in my personal opinion, there should still be some height-adjustable tables just as you say, it's the right thing to do.
