WHAT TO DO IF I HAVENT RECIEVED MY CARERS ALLOWANCE PAYMENT

I’m a carer for a family member my caterers allowance usually goes in on a Monday but I haven’t received my payment this week iv contacted DWP and they can see I’m still registered as being a carer on the system what shall I do next ?

When you contacted the DWP did they say why it hadn't been paid? is the person you care for still in receipt of their PIP (or similar) benefit?Seasons greetings to one and all 🎄🎅🏻🌲

Yeah the person I care for is still reviving there PIP & no the lady I spoke to from them on the phone said she can’t see why I haven’t been paid and she said she will send it over to find out why I haven’t been paid wasn’t sure if I needed to do anything else now or just wait
