College unenrolled me due to reasonable adjustment?

Hello. I am 17 and had to repeat my GCSES last year,so this year I am looking into college. In my city,I applied to about 6 colleges and most refused me due to my age.
I got a place at 2,one that was the college where i repeated my gcses and really liked. The other was far.
I enrolled, got my bus pass ,my id and a timetable. I then asked for the reasonable adjustment of expecting 80%,as last year I wasnt allowed a reduced timetable and my attendance dropped to 60 percent.
I have been unenrolled for asking for the reasonable adjustment. Is this not discrimination? I know its Level 3,and I would obviously catch up on work missed...
Has anyone experienced a similiar thing? Does anyone have any suggestions? I dont want to be homeschooled,as I dont have the money for exam fees. And i cannot attend the second college,as its too far,but I have reached out to them to ask if I can still enrol possibly.
If I wanted to take legal action and be enrolled, what would the steps be? What are my chances of 'winning'? Because I really like my teachers and the environment, and I also like how close the college is to me.
This whole situation has thrown me for a loop. Ive picked up an old addiction again from stress, and I hate changes in routine.

Hi @usami777, I'm really sorry to hear you've had such trouble getting enrolled at a college. It can take a lot just having to ask for the adjustments, to then have such a negative reaction can be devastating.
Did the college say what the official reason for unenrolling you was? Scope does have a advice page about Further Education and reasonable adjustments here. Did you speak to a disability officer at the College at any point? You can speak to the Equality Advisory Service through this link --> Advice and Support - Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com) They have phone lines and an online text service. They can give you further advice and support on possible discrimination.
Can I also ask a few other questions? Do you have support around you? Any family or friends?
Also, did you previously have help with your old addiction and if so have you reached out to get help with it again? Or spoken to your GP at all?0
