Hi all
My pip was asked to be renewd in august sent forms back at end of August and had this text today. Does anyone know if i have been awarded or not. It hasnt done my anxity any favours and the wait even worse. Also is it normal to not go for a reassessment before they make a decision as been on pip 5 years following a tribunal decision. Any advice i would appreciate

Hi @pvfcjamie - these are somewhat standard texts, but it's possible that your claim has been one based on a paper review, i.e. they've looked at all the evidence you've provided. Can't say for sure, as & a claimant will not always have to have an assessment if their difficulties are known about.0

Your PIP payment will continue until a decision is made. Today is too early to speculate what that may be.
