Hi i got declined lcwra and have appealed

i have appealed and i am awaiting tribunal, the information sent by dwp to the courts was also sent to me, in these forms dwp has changed there decision? i will attach a photo, what does this mean? do i still have to go tribunal x

It means that DWP have changed their decision awarding you LCWRA from 13th June 2022. Great news and be sure to keep an eye out on any further correspondence from HMCTS & DWP. I can't give you an exact timeframe unfortunately as these things can take a few weeks to process.

Seems like some good news popped through your door! How does this compare to the decision in May can I ask?
If this was only recently submitted to the Tribunal then the Tribunal likely need time to review the submitted documents and respond.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Hey the decision in may was lcw, but they have now contacted pip and other things to change the decision but i think i just have to wait for the tribunal now which could take months x
