Hi @sambroughton01287
Welcome to the online community.
Sorry to hear you're having a hard time at the moment. The PIP process can be really tough to cope with, but I hope your tribunal comes out well for you.
I know from experience how difficult it can be to find work to suit your disability, so you're definitely not alone on that one. Job-searching is not fun at the best of times!
If you've not already seen it, Scope have a list of Disability-friendly employers that you might find useful.
Or if you have any specific work-related questions, our Work and Employment board may also be a good place to start.
What attracts you towards working in H.R?

yes the process really is something else, thank you for the link I will check it out shortly.I thought HR would be a good suit for me as I am good with people and I enjoy problem solving. I like to listen to people and seeing any implements put in place improve the based environment .I was due to start college last week but at the last possible moment I discovered that the course was not funded. It seems every way I turn nothing pans out as I hoped.0

Sounds like HR would be a great fit for you.
I'm really sorry college didn't pan out this time. I hope things improve for you soon. What would you have studied if you had been able to start?

It would have been a level 3 CIPD hr support. I’ve done several online courses in hr too but this college course would have given me a qualification and got me started.0

I’ve given some of the links you sent through and plan to get working on them tomorrow. Your help has been greatly appreciated0

You're very welcome @sambroughton01287
I hope you find them useful and things start getting easier for you soon. If you have any more questions, feel free to get in touch or make a post on one of the boards. Our members are very helpful bunch!0 -
I understand that everyone may well be a helpful bunch as you put it, yet I cannot help but state no one is living the life I lead…
Por favor, ¿realmente tiene que ser así de difícil?I was always taught patience growing up, I fear I have ran of it. As much as a welcoming ear is lent and understanding is offered the road ahead is no more easily paved.I walk on pushing each demon aside yet any help I come by is futile??Am I doing something wrong here?I am trying to provide for my family and cannot provide financially which key to their survival, all this and my partner works 60+ hours a week she is also due to graduate in November. It is quite clear that this a rant and wholly unfair to put on my partner. I’ve reached a tipping point and I feel I’ve hit a dead end at every avenue. I have tried and tried.I have no shoulder to cry on nor do I deserve one my partner is doing all the work yet I’m disabled and cannot do the work she is capable of. I am no longer capable of the work I was able to do funny the government deem me not disabled enough for benefits of any kind. It does help very slightly to type this out but it stops there it’s a simple post pointing in no direction. If I was 15 years younger I maybe able to fix this. Yet here I am near 40 crushed and crippled lucky to walk my dogs once a week.Well that’s me I hope you enjoyed my short story, I am open to questions if you desire to know more. Not signing out but I’ll be here in background fighting on. 👍1
