Pip automated line says I’m only getting 3 pounds 82 pence?

Please somebody help me out and let me know what’s going on. I’ve just received the 
we’ve come to a desision text today and I’ve rang to see if I can see any indication of an higher award from an increased payment by ringing automated line and they are now saying instead of 272, this tiny amount?! Does this mean I’ve lost my pip?!

Don't worry @ayaalildn - the automated lines are often inaccurate. Sorry it has caused a worry, as it doesn't mean anything.
