Have had the above refused despite providing evidence of increased meds and details of my cpn due to extreme anxiety leaving the house (scored 0 for this category). Is there any point appealing??

Yes, there is plenty of reasons why you should appeal if you feel like you qualify. 70% of people who take their decision to Tribunal win. Remember, PIP isn’t about a specific diagnosis or medications, it’s about how your conditions affect your day to day life in line with the Daily Living & Mobility activities.1
