Hello I was due my esa health assesment phone call on Wednesday but I had a letter on Monday saying they have recieved more info and no longer need an assesment they are doing paper based on a bit worried as I asked for a review as thunk I’m ment to me in support group do you think that’s why I don’t need a phone call ?0

Hi @lulufred - & welcome to the community from me too. All it means at the moment is that they have enough info to make a decision, so there was no need for a phone assessment. Hopefully you're put in the Support Group, but at this stage no-one could say for sure. They'll write to you with their decision.

Ok thankyou so if I don’t agree with if they don’t put me in suport group can I ask for a phone assesment which they cancelled ?0

If you're not put in the Support Group, then you can do what's called a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR), where another decision maker will look at everything again. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but for any assessment whether it's paper based or by phone, if you disagree with the decision, you can do a MR. You won't need a phone assessment.
